2. How do I make a purchase?
Browse through product selection online and go to the item of your choice. To know more about the product, you can click on the product name. If you want to purchase it, click on the 'Buy Now'.
3. How do I pay? What currency?
Customer will be charged in US Dollars. If your credit card is issued in the Philippines, you will be billed in PESO. If you are living outside the Philippines owning a foreign issued credit card, you will be billed in DOLLARS. For other currencies, Currency conversion will mainly depends on the issuing bank or credit card company at the time of settlement. Conversion is done by the issuing Bank and not by mysarisaristore.com
4. How long before the item will be received? How long?
Mysarisaristore will deliver items purchased to your specified date unless otherwise it’s official holidays or occasions such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s day, Father’s day, Christmas day and New Years day. Order maybe delivered a day before the said occasions, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Some items such as large or customized goods may take a longer time to fulfill delivery.

Currently for flowers our delivery services are limited to the following locations:

Luzon: NCR- National Capital Region (Quezon City, Manila, Kaloocan, Las Pinas, Pasig, Valenzuela, Makati, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasay, Marikina, Mandaluyong). Malabon, Navotas, San Juan, and Pateros (no Taguig)

Visayas: Naga City, Santiago City, Legaspi City, Albay City, Cebu City, Dumaguete City and Negros Oriental City.

Mindanao: Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte City, Cagayan De Oro City, and Misamis Occidental.
6. How much does my shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies from area to be delivered and how big the item to be delivered. Delivery time may also affect the costs of the shipping as one day delivery are considered special deliveries to which additional costs might be needed.
7. Return and exchange Policy
We have made our return policy fair and simple. Within 5 days of receipt of your order you may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:

We will issue a replacement for any item returned, provided you inform us within 48 hours of receipt of purchased goods. Our customer service representative will be glad to provide instructions on how to return the said merchandise. Only then could the products be shipped back, in its original packaging, to mysarisari.com office. mysarisaristore.com do not accept refunds and order cancellation.

After purchasing, you will be received a confirmation e-mail indicating the item you order and the details information as to where it will be shipped. If you did not receive any confirmation via e-mail, please notify us.
