How to Place a call:

1) Dial toll free number 1-800-488-5115 (calls made from toll free will be charge up to up to 2.5 cents more)
2) Or dial local access number of your area.
3) For Alaska dial 907-365-3751 (calls made from Alaska will be charge up to 5 cents/per minute more)

User Agreement: By using this Card, you agree to the following: Rates and Fees are subject to change without notice. Advertised minutes are effective for single calls made using local access number from the continental USA at least until the promotional date on the advertisement and will be reduced by the application of the following fees and surcharges. Calls placed by payphones will incur a ninety nine cents per call surcharge. A surcharge of up to five cents per minutes applies when calling from outside the continental USA or through a toll free access number. Calls are billed in one minute increments. Disconnect fees up to fifty cents and duration fees up to ninety nine cents may apply after the end of each call. Rates may be higher after the first call and to international cellular and special services destinations. A maintenance fee of fifty nine cents applies after first call and weekly. The card expires the earlier of 60 days from first use or 12/31/17. Card provider and network provider ('Providers") are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of Card. This card has no value and is non-refundable. Providers liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the value of this Card. Network services are provided by LLD.
