User Agreement: ADVERTISED MINUTES EXPIRED. INDICATED ON THE APLICABLE AD AND ARE ONLY AVAILBLE IF ALL USED ON A FIRST CALL VIA LOCAL ACCESS. Service by Total Call International, Inc (TCI) Advertised minutes maybe reduced if costs to TCI change substantially. The maximum per minute rate charged for a call will be the card value or it will not be completed. Call to international mobile phone or to minimal network areas may have higher rates. International rates varies from domestic rates. Advertised minutes/card value will be reduced by the following fees.
1)$0.05/minutes – For call made via 8XX type access number originating within the contiguous 48 states
2)$0.10/minutes - For call made via 8XX type access number originating outside the contiguous 48 states
3)$1.49/call – Upon call completion on a $5 card
4)$0.99/week – For a maintenance fee on a $5 card starting at the midnight after the first call and every 7 days thereafter
5)$0.99/week – For each call originating from payphone

Card will be rounded up to the nearest whole minutes. There are no refunds for this card and it may be deactivated if fraud/theft/non payment are suspected. This card is not rechargeable/ Call Customer service at 1-888-569-9653 for current rates, fee, remaining minutes/balance or for credit if card are not working. TCI makes no warranty regarding the services and shall not be liable for punitive/consequential damages. All domestic call made using this card from Washington will be charged no more than $0.35 per minutes
