Mysarisaristore.com is owned by Interlink Trading, a joint venture with 888fonkard.com. 1-888-fonkard.com is a Filipino provider of low-cost pre-paid phone card and rechargeable card, based in Monterey, California.
2. How do I make a purchase?
Browse through product selection online and go to the item of your choice. To know more about the product, you can click on the product name. If you want to purchase it, click on the 'Buy Now'. If you can’t find the items you are looking for feel free to email our customer service for assistance, as we also do accept orders for items not found on our catalog sites.
3. How do I pay? What currency?
Customer will be charged in US Dollars as we are US based company and majority of our customer are US based too. If your credit card is issued in the Philippines, you will be billed in PESO. If you are living outside the Philippines owning a foreign issued credit card, you will be billed in DOLLARS. For other currencies, Currency conversion will mainly depends on the issuing bank or credit card company at the time of settlement. Conversion is done by the issuing Bank and not by mysarisaristore.com
Currently our company accepts major credit card, Pay-pal, G-Cash, money Remittance via (Western Union, Palawan, Cebuana or LBC for customers who prefer not to use their credit card.
Note: Mysarisaristore.com only accepts payment from the customers after an order was verified by our one of our customer service representative that we can cater to his/her order. You will be contacted via email or phone calls.
4. How long before the item will be received? How long?
Mysarisaristore.com will deliver items purchased to your requested date unless otherwise (unforeseen events). Some items such as large or customized goods may take a longer time to fulfill delivery. (but customer will be informed and given estimated delivery date and time)
We do have same day delivery on selected area and selected items. But for special holidays such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s day, its mostly first come first serve (same day delivery will not be accommodated) 1-2 weeks in advance is also highly recommended.

Note: You may put the preferred delivery date and time contact number of the recipient including your message to the recipient on the “special instruction” prior to checking out.

Currently our delivery services in Philippines are limited to the following locations:
· Luzon: NCR- National Capital Region (Quezon City, Manila, Kaloocan, Las Pinas, Pasig, Valenzuela, Makati, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasay, Marikina, Mandaluyong). Malabon, Navotas, San Juan, and Pateros (no Taguig)
·Visayas: Naga City, Santiago City, Legaspi City, Albay City, Cebu City, Dumaguete City and Negros Oriental City.
·Mindanao: Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte City, Cagayan De Oro City, and Misamis Occidental.
· For areas not mentioned above kindly call our customer service for them to check for you.
Some items such as Health & beauty, Fashion accessories can be shipped around the Globe.
6. How much does my shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies from area to be delivered and how big the item to be delivered. Delivery time may also affect the costs of the shipping as one day delivery are consider special deliveries to which additional costs might be needed. Cakes, Foods, Flowers, are delivers by the establishment to maintain the quality and freshness of the products.
7. Return and exchange Policy
We have made our return policy fair and simple. Within 5 days of receipt of your order you may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:
· Incorrect item shipped
· Damaged or defective items
We will issue a replacement for any item returned, provided you inform us within 48 hours of receipt of purchased goods. Our customer service representative will be glad to provide instructions on how to return the said merchandise. Only then could the products be shipped back, in its original packaging, to mysarisaristore.com office. mysarisaristore.com do not accept refunds and order cancellation.
