Prices shown on the Site apply to products and services on the Site. Price and availability are subject to change without notice.
We attempt to display all products shown on the Site in an accurate manner, however, because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape and color of the products.
The receipt of an email order confirmation is simply a recognition that we have received your requested order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether, including but not limited to prohibiting sales to resellers.
PRODUCT SHIPPING/ DELIVERY
Same day deliveries are available on selected items and area in Metro Manila it’s important to call customer service to check on the availability of it. All Food deliveries is done by the food establishments to maintain the quality and freshness of the food or products Mysarisaristore.com in any way does not commit the exact time of delivery but will do our best to render it on the requested time specify by our customers. Our company will not be liable for unforeseeable events that might cause delay of delivery or undeliverable items/product at the preferred delivery date and time. If delivery is late, mysarisaristore.com will have the option to give promotional discount but is under no obligation to do so. Additional shipping charge may apply.
Door to door service is not available to some provincial area thus sender will be informed prior to processing the order if they will choose to have the item pick up by the recipient instead.
It is important to provide complete address and correct contact number of the recipient -incorrect information causes delay of the delivery and may cause additional charges to the sender. We suggest to include any landmark and Barangay name of your recipient address.
If the recipient address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address the company will not be responsible for delivery made to incorrect address submitted by the customer.
For Food, Flower, Fruits, Chocolates or any items that can get spoil in the scenario that the recipient are not available please do assign a secondary person to receive the items. If no persons are available to accept the delivery we will try to contact the recipient and may require her/him to be the one to pick up the item from the establishment. We cannot guarantee the freshness of the items at the time of pick up and the company will not be responsible for it.
For Holiday delivery we will do our best to delivers as your requested preferred delivery time frame however we cannot assure nor guarantee due to the volume of deliveries from the establishments.
GIFT MESSAGES:
Gift messages are only available for certain products. But for food deliveries we will not guarantee that the food establishment will be able to accommodate it especially during holidays where they are experiencing heavy volume of orders.
PRODUCT QUALITY/FRESHNESS
Products qualities including (taste, freshness, presentation) of the foods, cakes, fruit arrangement, ice creams and etc. are solely responsible by the food establishments. The food establishments directly do the deliveries to the recipient to maintain the food quality, freshness and proper handling of the food items. Should the recipient address not be serviceable and customer still wish to have it be delivered by other means other than the establishments our company will make the necessary arrangements but the company will not take any responsibility on the said quality of the foods. (Customers will also be informed about it)
Your satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care and attention to your order to ensure that it will be deliver perfectly. Should problem arise or if in case anything go wrong, you may call our hotline number of email us within 24 hours to bring up a concern or complaint, and we will try to our best to help in resolving the issue as quick as possible.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We have made our return policy fair and simple. Within 5 days of receipt of your order you may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:
· Incorrect item shipped
· Damaged or defective items
CANCEL/REFUND PAYMENT/ CHARGEBACK
Cancel order and refund (authorized payment) made by customers are only possible when orders has not been confirmed by customer service agent or in in progress status. Once order is confirmed and already being processed our company will no longer accept cancellation of order. However our company will try it’s best to coordinate the reschedule of the delivery with the establishment involve; our company will not guarantee that the new time and date will be available and it is subject for review by the establishments. Thus prior to making payment to make sure the delivery time and date is well coordinated with the recipient.
For credit card payment the company name that will show up on customer billing statement is 888fonkard while for Paypal it is Interlink trading. Any chargeback made by customer that are legitimate transactions a charge back fee will occur and it will be charge to the customer including the original amount of purchase/ service fee. (Our company take all fraudulent activities seriously and this including reporting to authorities and subjecting the recipient for further investigation)
PRODUCT PRICING
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, mysarisaristore.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and the User's credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, mysarisaristore.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
In cases the products/items ordered are not available, Mysarisaristore.com has the right to replace the products with similar items of equal or greater value at no extra cost on the clients This is being done to assure that the occasion that the gift items are intended to will not be affected. We will try to notify the senders prior to the delivery but this is just an option and depends on the circumstances.
TERMINATION
Mysarisaristore.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these T&C. In the event these T&C are terminated, the restrictions regarding Materials appearing on the Site, and the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these T&C will survive termination. In the event that you are unsatisfied with the services provided by Mysarisaristore.com, your sole remedy is to terminate your use of the Site.
